About the plastic:

We chose to use PLA + filament because of its strength and durability. The filament is vegan and biodegradable. They will melt with too much sun exposure; don’t leave your prints in a hot window or in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. They will degrade with extensive water exposure. To protect the paintjob, we have clear coated it. This is intended for indoor modeling on display.
